Terms of reference for the Beneficiary Specialist

1. General information:

• Specialist in working with beneficiaries (Balakliya territorial community).

2. Main tasks:

• Organizes and ensures efficient transportation of non-product sets (NFI sets) and chopped firewood to the settlements of the Balaklia community.
• Develops the optimal delivery route taking into account geographic features and distances between settlements.
• Ensures timely and safe delivery of material aid to each household within the community
• Coordinates with the recipients and the charity to determine the exact time and place of delivery.
• Ensures proper storage of goods and performs all necessary procedures to prevent possible damage during transportation
• Collects all necessary documentation from households, registers beneficiaries, reports on the work performed, provides information on the state of aid distribution and delivery.

3. Candidate requirements:

• Experience in logistics, public organizations or humanitarian projects (from 1 year).
• Ability to organize work with a large volume of documents and data .
• Experience in route planning and transport coordination.
• High level of communication skills, ability to work with different population groups.
• Knowledge basic procedures of reporting and documentary support of humanitarian aid.
• Knowledge of legislative norms related to humanitarian aid (preferred).

4. Working conditions:

• Contract for 3 months
• Possible business trips
• Work in a team with other departments
