Specialist in the planning and development of communication channels in BAT Ukraine

Key responsibilities :

• Organization of the process of preparation of cyclic materials (POSM, 1-2-1, trade communication) with the involvement of internal and external stakeholders, contractors and creative agency; According to the requirements of the legal department and the current legislation;
• Organization of testing of materials in real conditions;
• conducting auctions and comparison of prices among suppliers; materials and services;
• Assistance in the preparation of documentation for the preparation of marketing activity (ARF), evaluation of the results of cyclic marketing activities; style = "font-weight: 400"> Coordination of custom-made distributions;
• Organization and coordination of materials production, contract management with suppliers, creation of orders (ro) in the system. 400 "> Control of Material Delivery to Warehouses;
• Division's budget control on a monthly basis (Cash Flow, WBS Reallocation Requests); Communications, analysis and feedback;
• Participation in field visits/audits to control the quality of communication construction;
• Power Point Presentation Preparing at the Head's request.

Key requirements :

• Higher education (preferably marketing);
• Knowledge of English level Intermediate (B1) or higher;
• and user MS Office (SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point);
• Ability to establish strong and efficient working relationships within the company and with external service providers/materials; presentations;

• Project management experience;
• Managing the process of working with suppliers;
