Specialist in the organization of marketing events

Functional duties:

• Planning, organization of marketing events and programs to promote the network in region.
• Organization and control of festive store openings.
• Optimization of costs, increasing the effectiveness of marketing activities in the regions.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Media monitoring, analysis and selection of effective media, control of information placement in the media.
• Organization, control of printing and delivery of advertising materials.
• Audit of outdoor advertising.
• Formation of a database by competitors.
• Conducting marketing research and determining the competitiveness of stores by region.
• Audit of stores in the controlled region.
• Planning and formation of tasks for installation of navigation structures.
• Participation in the organization of tenders.
• Formation of periodic reports.
• Maintenance of a database.
• Conducting negotiations, concluding contracts, work with primary documentation.
• Control of marketing budget expenses in the regions.

Requirements:

• Higher education (economics, marketing)
• Work experience: as a marketer from 1 year (regional marketing manager, trade marketer) or specialized education
• Mandatory knowledge of computer programs: MS Office, graphic editors (PhotoShop, Illustrator, ACDSee, etc.).
• Availability of a category "B" driver's license and own car; driving experience of at least 3 years.
