Requirements:

• Experience with LLM API (Anthropic, OpenAI), prompt engineering.
• Basic understanding of Linux/macOS, CLI, JSON, REST API.
• Experience with integrations (OAuth, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API).
• Python or JavaScript at automation level.
• Working with documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX programmatically.
• Experience with OpenClaw, n8n, LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Understanding RAG, vector bases, embedding.
• Knowledge of the specifics of the Ukrainian market (Prozorro, DSTU, registries). - will be an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin / Azure AD.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical specialists and translate their needs into technical solutions.
• Independence, initiative.
• System thinking is to see the whole picture, not only individual tasks

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of work processes of teams, identification of tasks for automation through AI.
• Deployment and configuration of AI agents (OpenClaw, Claude, GPT, local models).
• Creation of custom skills, prompts and instructions specific to each department.
• Integration of agents with corporate systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CRM, Prozorro, internal databases).
• Connection of communication channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Teams). agents.
• Ensuring data security and access control.
