Our development plans know no bounds, which is why we are looking for a specialist in the development of corporate culture and internal communications:

Main areas of responsibility:

Formation and implementation of an internal communications strategy
- Creating a plan of communication activities (corporate news, calendar of events, campaigns).
– Ensuring the operation and development of end-to-end internal communication channels (email, Teams, internal portal, etc.).
– Initiating and launching new internal communication formats/tools
Information support for changes and initiatives in the company
– Communication support for launching new projects, changes in structure or processes.
– Working with internal leaders (HR, top management) to coordinate messages.
Content editing

News articles, interviews with colleagues, digests, scripts for videos/presentations.
– Preparation of materials for CEOs or managers for internal meetings.
– Development and filling of the career site and its integration with the main corporate site

Organization of internal events
- Holidays, webinars, meetings, events for the integration of newcomers.
– Development of corporate culture through corporate events, projects for recognition and honoring employees.

Promotion of corporate values ​​and employee engagement
– Organization and conducting of research and surveys among company employees. Feedback analysis.
– Implementation of projects to increase staff involvement.

Administration and development of internal communication channels
– Creation/update/development of corporate communication channels, messengers, corporate social networks.
- Exploring new digital solutions to improve interaction with teams.

Analysis of the effectiveness of communications
– Measurement of reach, engagement, feedback for each activity.
– Building reports for HRD/CEO from KPIs of internal communications.

Our expectations from the candidate:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar or related position;
  • higher education (marketing, journalism, communications, HR or related specialties);
  • excellent communication and written skills in Ukrainian, English will be an additional advantage;
  • experience in preparing content for posting;
  • organizational skills: independent work planning, meeting deadlines, event coordination;
  • result orientation and desire for learning and development;
  • Skills for working with office programs.
