  • Primary analysis of tenders for compliance 
  • Formation and approval of the list of targettenders.
  • Control of deadlines for submitting questions, proposals and participation in auctions. Detailed study and analysis of tender documentation and technical tasks. style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">Analysis of equipment requirements, project solutions,guarantees, terms and service.
  • Preparation and submission of clarifying questionscustomers.
  • Preparation of a tender offer "underkey".
  • Coordination of interaction between sales, technical,project, financial and legal departments.
  • Submission of tenders through electronic
    platforms.
  • Support of tenders until the moment of conclusionagreement.
  • Participation in project and tender sales.
  • Preparation of reports based on the results of participationin tenders.
  • Necessary competencies:

    • Experience of participation in public and/or privatetenders (B2G / B2B) from 2 years.
    • Understanding technical equipment (electrical,energy, engineering).
    • Experience with project sales.
    • Skills of analysis and thorough study of technical tasks (TK).
    • Ability to work with large volumes of documentation.
    • Understanding the structure of tender documentsand customer requirements.
    • Attention to details, systematicity, responsibility.
    • Ability to work with deadlines and multiple tenders at the same time.
    • Good communication and coordination skillscommands.
