KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Senior specialist in the support of medical activity of projects, Specialist in the support of medical project activities is responsible for managing a mobile medical team in collective centers in order to ensure the provision of medical services in urban collective centers where internally displaced persons (IDPs) are accepted.
TASKS AND DUTIES:

Be responsible as a managernick of the team for proper compliance with safety rules and organizational rules, as well as the behavior of all team members when working in field conditions.Control compliance with storage conditions and expiration dates of means and materials. Participate in mobile healthcare facility engagement programs that are supported by offering consultations, wound care, vaccinations, maternal and child health services, and chronic and infectious disease screening.
Manage the collection of medical data in collective centers and mobile interaction applications. Fill in daily morbidity monitoring reports based on consultations conducted in collective centers. During the activities of mobile interaction programs, document disease cases, medical care and its results. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in accordance with PUI standards and state health care facility standards. Provide regular reports on the engagement program, including issues encountered, number of visitors and types of services provided. Fill out daily reports monitoring the use of facilities and materials based on the number issued to individuals during consultations. Participate in general surveys conducted with individuals during consultations.Contribute to the development of the project and ensuring high quality of project implementation. strong> Actively participate in the daily discussion of work with the multi-sectoral project manager and provide feedback on improving the implementation of the project. Cooperation and coordinationCooperate with the team of the state health care institution, in order to coordinate the mobile program of interaction with current programs and services in the field of public health i.Coordinate with other healthcare professionals (nurses, public health workers, etc.) during outreach sessions to provide comprehensive care for individuals.Ensure integration of mobile engagement program data and reporting to the information systems of the medical institution.To take an active part in joint planning and analysis meetings between the PUI and the state health care institution.OPERATING CONDITIONS:

GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Under the direct supervision of the Deputy PM Health, the Doctor is responsible for leading the Mobile Health Team in collective centers in order to ensure provision of medical services in the urban collective centers welcoming Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)
TASKS AND DUTIES
Recognize, treat and refer illness, emergency and emergency cases
- Provide first aid and conduct medical consultations to people in case of health status aggravation or chronic disease relapse.
- Provide treatment for acute condition reverse .
- Supervise mobile health teams operating in collective centers.
- Decide on and organize the referral of the patients to local health facilities and stabilize them until the ambulance arrival, coordinating with the state Health Facilities for continuity of care.
- Delegate nursing cares (distribution of drugs, injections, dressings, and triage and basic consultations) to the nurse.
- Identify mental disorders and refer them to the relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies with specific mandate.
- As team leader, be responsible for due respect of security and organizational rules and their behavior of the team while on the field.
- Control of keeping storage conditions and shelf life dates of the drugs.
- Participate in mobile outreach programs of supported Health Facility, offering medical consultations, wound care, vaccinations, maternal and child health services, and treatment for chronic and infectious diseases.
Manage medical data collection in collective centers and mobile outreach programs
- Fill Daily Morbidity Reports monitoring forms based on the medical consultations conducted in collective centers.
- Document patient cases, treatment provided, and outcomes as part of outreach activities.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in line with both PUI and state Health Facility standards.
- Submit regular reports on outreach activities, including challenges faced, patient numbers, and types of services provided.
- Fill Daily Drugs Consumption Reports monitoring forms based on the number of drugs issued to the patients during the medical consultations.
- Participate in general surveys to be conducted with the patients during the medical consultations conducted.
Contribute to the project designing and ensuring quality of the project implementation.
Actively participate in daily debriefing with the Multisectorial Project Manager and provide feedback on the project implementation improvement.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the state Health Facility team to align mobile outreach activities with ongoing public health programs and services.
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers (nurses, community health workers, etc.) during outreach sessions for holistic patient care.
- Ensure integration of mobile outreach data and reporting into the health facility’s information systems.
- Actively participate in joint planning and review meetings between the PUI and the state Health Facility.
