Specialist in student engagement and employer brand development in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

GOAL: Establishing long-term cooperation with universities/colleges and other youth organizations in order to form a positive image of the employer. Attracting talented young people to the company, providing it with a strong presence among future professionals.

ESTABLISHING PARTNERSHIPS WITH UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES:

• Establishing long-term relations with educational institutions, student organizations, youth associations;
• Signing memorandums of cooperation;
• Creation and implementation of annual cooperation plans: lectures with our colleagues (hard and soft schools); student excursions to Kyivstar; joint youth engagement projects;
• Organization of joint events such as job fairs, career days, open lectures and seminars for students;
• Monitoring of events and active participation in them;
• Cooperation with university administration and teachers.

EXECUTION EMPLOYER BRAND EVENTS:

• Participation in student events, conferences, hackathons, events to present the company as an attractive employer.
• Organization of educational programs, workshops and trainings , which popularize the company among students and graduates.
• Development and implementation of internship programs, practice and cooperation with talented students.
