< strong style="font-weight: 700">Main duties:

1. Develops standards for conducting the evaluation center.
2. Creates and revises current procedures and materials for evaluating candidates.
3. Makes proposals for the implementation of new effective evaluation methods candidates.
4. Visits assessment centers conducted by specialists in assessment and personnel training, with the aim of analyzing the assessment methods used, monitoring compliance with accepted standards, according to approved checklists.
5. Analyzes the work assessment and staff training specialists, provides feedback, fills out the report.
6. Makes suggestions for improving the candidate assessment process.
7. Trains assessment specialists and staff training on the implemented changes in methods and new methodical materials.
8. Advises assessment specialists and staff training on issues of conducting an assessment center.

?Requirements:

1. Owning digital tools for conducting online trainings/webinars.
2. Owning programs for creating educational materials.
