What do we expect from the candidate?

• Experience as a product training specialist, the ability to understand the ingredients/components of makeup and care products, recommend them according to the Client's request. (will be an advantage).
• Experience of working in retail stores of cosmetics, perfumes, in the beauty field as a salesperson, administrator or store manager.
• Work in programs: Canva, Power Point, Kahut, Outlook, Excel, ability to shoot and edit educational/motivational videos, active use of social networks.
• Willingness to share knowledge - teach, study and constantly expand and improve one's own knowledge and skills.

What are the key tasks of the position?

• Update methodological materials, prepare educational presentations.
• Conduct offline and online training of sales personnel (trainings, presentations, webinars, etc.).
• Analyze the level of knowledge and effectiveness of training events, form training reports.
• Support of existing projects and participation in the development of new ones for training staff in stores.

Working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00, from Mon to Fri, Sat and Sunday weekend. Hybrid type of work, partly online + work on site with staff in the store.
