Vanancy in the project implemented by the NGO "Center for Psychological Assistance "Confidence" in Kharkiv Oblast and Sumy Oblast with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

Requirements:

— Higher education in the field of social work, sociology, psychology or related fields.

— 2+ years of work experience in the field of social services, support of vulnerable population groups or project activities.

— Accommodation directly in the city of Chuguiv.

— Understanding the principles of work of social services, charitable organizations and state institutions.

— Skills of conducting needs assessment, developing action plans and supporting beneficiaries.

— Experience in preparing analytical and reporting documents.

— High level of empathy, responsibility and attention to detail.

— Proactivity, organization, ability to work with a large amount of information.

— Stress resistance and ability to solve problem situations.

— Compliance with ethical standards and zero tolerance for any manifestations of violence and discrimination.

— Fluency in the Ukrainian language.

Main duties:

— Conducting personal interviews with beneficiaries for initial assessment of needs and filling out standard questionnaires.

— Formation of individual action plans for beneficiaries, determination of priority tasks and their coordination with social services (if necessary).

— Providing consultations to beneficiaries and redirecting them to relevant state and charitable organizationsnizations.

— Support of beneficiaries in the process of receiving services, including medical examinations, document processing and other necessary measures.

— Regularly conducting intermediate and final progress assessments, making adjustments to plans and providing support in case of emergency situations.

— Maintaining case documentation: filling out assessment forms, action plans, acts of service performance, recording each service in the database.

— Conducting recreational trainings twice a month, according to approved project programs.

— Preparation of monthly analytical reports, as well as interim and final reports on the completion of cases and conducted trainings.

— Establishing contacts with local social services, charitable foundations, medical institutions and other organizations.

— Participation in regular meetings and supervisions to monitor the progress of cases and professional development.

— Completion of training programs, familiarization with work methodology and internal standards of the organization.

— Carrying out cases within the specified time (3-6 months) in compliance with the standards of providing social services.

— Participation in regular team meetings to coordinate actions with by the team.

— Ensuring effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
