The state enterprise invites to the team a specialist who wants to join the development and support of information systems in the field of social services.

Main responsibilities:

• Consulting support for users of state information systems

• Control of the correctness of data entry, updating and verification

• Monitoring the stability and correct operation of functional modules

• Interaction with developers and the technical service support

• Preparation of official letters and working materials

• Participation in meetings, seminars and professional development events

We consider candidates who:

• Have higher or incomplete higher education (IT, law, social work, public administration or related directions)

• Fluent in the Ukrainian language

• Have experience working with state registers or information systems

• Have experience working with users of social services, in particular in TsNAP or other institutions of the social sphere

• Confidently work with office software

• Able to work with regulatory and legal acts and apply them in practical activities

• Responsible, attentive to details and focused on the quality of the result
