What you will have to do:

• Determine procurement needs for the implementation of social projects.
• Organize the procurement process, including approval of the selection of suppliers in accordance with the procurement procedure.
• Formulate consolidated applications and specifications for procurement, taking into account the balance in warehouses.
• To monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the receipt of goods and services and to check the balance of goods in warehouses.
• Search for counterparties to provide logistics services and route development.
• Control the turnover of primary documentation related to purchases.
• Work with electronic documents in EDO, Partners systems, as well as prepare requests for entering contracts, specifications and tax invoices in 1C.

• Experience working with electronic documents (EDO) and the ability to work in Partners programs.
• Experience with 1C, Excel and Word programs.
