Required expertise:
Professional skills:

• work experience in a logistics company from 1 year (statistician, quality specialist, analyst)
• knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VPR)
• ability to analyze and control functions
• knowledge of logistics processes (domestic and international)

You will be responsible for:

• formation of operational reporting - providing the company's management with the necessary reporting to control operational processes
• calculation and improvement of existing quality indicators
• implementation of new quality indicators, methodology formation quality indicators
• establishment and calculation of the performance of quality target indicators (KPI) of the company's divisions
• keeping statistics and displaying the dynamics of the company's operational and quality indicators
• calculation of the productivity of online dispatch specialists
• analysis of the causes of violations in the delivery stages, determination of root causes
• preparation of analytical conclusions and reports for subsequent management decisions
