Your duties will be:

• Search and selection of personnel from the withdrawal of the application to the closing of the vacancy;
• Maintenance of the candidate funnel and formation of the reserve;
• Preparation of recruiting analytics;

• Labor market monitoring and salary cuts;
• Participation in the adaptation of new employees.
• Participation in HR activities/projects of the department.
