Specialist in personnel selection and adaptation in MED EKSIM

The "Med Exim" group of companies - a representative of the leading manufacturers of medical equipment invites for cooperation a Specialist in personnel selection and adaptation.

What will be your duties:< /strong>

• Full cycle of recruiting: placement of vacancies on specialized platforms, active search for candidates through various channels, initial selection of resumes, conducting telephone interviews (in 4-6 job vacancies).
• Organization and conduct of interviews: preparation of questions for interviews, evaluation of professional skills and personal qualities of candidates, conduct of test tasks (if necessary).
• Cooperation with managers: coordination of requirements for candidates, organization of meetings of candidates with department heads, approval of cooperation proposals.
• Base management of candidates: maintaining a database of candidates, selecting candidates for new vacancies from the internal database. Preparation of documentation: preparation of offers. Adaptation of new employees:management of the process of adaptation of new employees. Conducting 1:1 meetings during the probationary period of the employee.
  
• Performance analysis recruiting: preparation of reports on work results, analysis of the effectiveness of various search channels.

We expect from you:

• Experience in the field of recruitment and selection of personnel from 1 year.

• Knowledge of various methods of searching and evaluating candidates.

• Experience in adaptation personnel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Skills in working with job sites and various search channels.

• Writing literacy (Ukrainian language).
