Keeping and updating personnel and military accounting of employees of the company in electronic and paper form in accordance with the current legislation, timely updating of personal affairs of military service

• Formation and Reporting to the Tax Code and JV, participation in verification

• Control of compliance with the deadlines of submission of documents to the relevant authorities

• Interaction with Government Authorities on Mobilization Issues and Military Reserve

• Advise of staff on personnel issues, military accounting and mobilization obligations

• Registration, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with legislative requirements

• Development and Implementation of Domestic Military Accounting and Mobilization Training Policies
  
  

What is important for this role

• Personnel Accounting Experience 3+ years with a staff of at least 30 employees

• Military Accounting Experience 2+ years at an enterprise with a deep knowledge of military accounting rules and applicable regulatory legal

• Higher Professional Education (Legal or Personnel Accounting)

• Knowledge of current labor law, military accounting in martial law

• experience of interaction with government agencies in the context of military accounting

• responsibility and attentiveness to details

• Good communication skills and ability to establish contact

will be an advantage

• The experience of launching military accounting from scratch

• Military Accounting Certificates

• Working with Communications tools such as Slack
