Specialist in payments with suppliers (Accounts Payable) / Tax Accounting - outsource in Bayer Ltd. / Bayer, OOO

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Accounts Payable / Tax Accounting specialist with official employment in an outsourcing company.

Accounts Payable

• Processing of invoices/invoices/suppliers and other documents from suppliers in SAP: receipt, verification, execution and confirmation on payment.
• Working with other accounts payable (AP) documents in SAP: confirmation of balances, payment reminders (dunning letters), reconciliations, manual payment orders, etc.
• Checking, validation and archiving of supporting documentation.
• Support of processes in work systems.
• Administration of changes in the vendor master data.
• Analysis of cleaning and AP?accounts. verification and correction (open positions, GR/IR, special accounts).

Tax accounting (VAT)

• Processing of incoming tax invoices in SAP, Medoc, Art?Report.
• Creation and execution of compensating VAT invoices.
• Accrual of tax liabilities for free transfers of goods and materials values.
• Preparation and verification of VAT registers.
• Maintenance and updating of VAT tax codes.
• Ensuring compliance with local VAT legislation.
• Implementation and review of control procedures (process and ICS).

Professional skills

• Confident command of SAP (modules AP and VAT).
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel).
• Skills in working with documents, reconciliations, analysis of postings.
• Experience of interaction in an international environment, holding teleconferences

Education and experience

• Professional certified education in the field of accounting/tax accounting.
• 3-4 years of practical experience in AP or Tax Accounting.
