Our employee in this position:

  • Participates in the implementation of approved policies and approaches for remuneration, compensation and benefits on entrusted business line assets
  • Participates in C&B line projects
  • Responsible for the operational level of the functioning of the payroll system and the organizational structure (official memos on payroll, changes in staff schedule, additional payments, material assistance, etc.)
  • Responsible for preparing calculation files for salary review
  • Responsible for calculating annual (etc.) bonuses for employees of entrusted assets of the business direction

  • Responsible for generating salary, compensation and benefits data for the company's participation in third-party salary market reviews providers
  • Participates in the budgeting of the wage fund of entrusted business assets
  • Performs payroll analysis with the purpose of controlling the budget of the FOP
  • Consults on issues related to compensations and benefits and the effect of current policies related to the area of ​​responsibility.
  • Responsible for analyzing data on the provision of compensations and benefits of the entrusted assets

We invite you to an interview,if you have:

  • Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user of Excel, Power Point, O365, ERP systems
  • Experience in the field of personnel management, compensation or organizational development.
  • Experience in implementing rewards and benefits programs
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Result orientation and strategic thinking ability
  • Knowledge of labor economics and pay systems
