What tasks await you:

• Support and development of the construction of the company's organizational design.
• Calculation of budget, planned and actual numbers according to various metrics. Construction of dashboards according to numbers.
• Performing an assessment positions in accordance with the approved grading methodology.
• Introduction of changes to the staffing schedule and organizational structure regarding the decisions taken on the company's organizational development and personnel optimization.

Skills and experience required:

• Higher education - business economics, personnel management.
• Experience in relevant fields from 5 years (preferably a company with 500 or more employees).
• li>Fundamentals of labor legislation.
• Skills for calculating the number of employees, rationing of workand.
• C&B experience will be an advantage.
• MS Office (Excel), SAP.
