The NGO "Proliska" announces a tender for the conclusion of a service agreement for monitoring the humanitarian situation and consulting on social issues based in the city of Kramatorsk.
Public organization "Proliska" - a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that, since 2014, has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support for the most vulnerable persons affected by military operations; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the combat line and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.
I. Requirements for the Candidate:
- Higher education (required).
- Higher education in the field of sociology, related specialties will be an advantage.
- Previous work experience in humanitarian or international organizations (will be an advantage).
- Willingness to travel regularly within the borders of the region, including at the sites of shelling, to determine needs.
- High communication skills, readiness for daily communication with the population affected by hostilities, IDPs, returnees and representatives of local authorities.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, Excel.
- Experience in statistical data processing, writing (preparing) reports and using statistical reporting platforms, such as Kobo-forms (preferred).
- Attention and literacy when filling out documents.
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
- Performance of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment and other negative behavior.
- Ability to self-organize and focus on the interests of humanitarian aid recipients.
- Observance of anonymity, confidentiality, tolerance towards humanitarian aid recipients.
II. Description of services to be provided:
- Providing consultations on social issues.
- Monitoring to identify the needs of the affected population.
- Study of the basic needs of the population affected by hostilities and the needs of the most vulnerable population categories: IDPs, people with disabilities, the elderly, families with children, repatriates, etc.
- Interaction with representatives of local authorities and further coordination, taking into account identified needs, and with the aim of supporting communitiesjan, who were affected by hostilities.
- Identification, analysis of cases of rights violations, systemic problems faced by the recipients of humanitarian aid, and the provision of proposals for the creation of an effective mechanism for the elimination of human rights violations. Facilitating the realization of the rights of recipients of humanitarian aid.
- Redirecting individual requests of help-seekers to the case management department and/or psychological support department, with the aim of providing comprehensive assistance.
- Redirecting individual requests of help-seekers to authorized persons: international, humanitarian, public organizations, charitable foundations, volunteer groups, state employment center, etc., with the aim of providing comprehensive assistance.
- Entering information and data into electronic databases and tables, including using the KoVo form.
- Constant communication and reporting to the management of the organization.
III. We offer the successful candidate:
- Employment contract until December 31, 2026 with the possibility of extension, which depends on further funding and personal work results;
