Public organization "Proliska" is a non-commercial, non-political humanitarian organization that, since 2014, has been providing comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by the war in Ukraine.

Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support for the most vulnerable people, who suffered as a result of hostilities; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the war zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the line of hostilities and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate. 400">GO Proliska invites qualified candidates to participate in the implementation of the project "Vital services for the protection and support of the civilian population affected by military operations in Ukraine", which is implemented by a consortium of Ukrainian and international organizations, each of which is responsible for its own direction and applies unique expertise.

Financed with the support of UK aid from the Velika government of Great Britain, implemented within the boundaries of the PULSE National Consortium under the coordination of the BF "Right to Protection". Support for this project in Ukraine from the UK government is provided through the SHARP component of its Humanitarian Aid, Rehabilitation and Protection Program.

From October 2025 to March 2028, the NGO "Proliska" will implement measures to support the affected population in eight regions of Ukraine - Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy and Chernihiv. It is planned to provide psychological support, provision of non-food products, organization of social transportation and development of capacity of local communities. The team works taking into account the security situation and implements measures to minimize risks for personnel.

I. Requirements for the Candidate:

  • Higher education (required).
  • Higher education in the field of sociology, related specialties will be an advantage.
  • Previous work experience in humanitarian or international organizations (will be an advantage).
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the boundaries of the region, including in isolated settlements, to determine the needs of the population in transport services.
  • High communication skills,familiarity with daily communication with the population affected by hostilities, IDPs, returnees and representatives of local authorities.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs, Excel.
  • Experience in processing statistical data, writing (preparing) reports and using statistical reporting platforms such as Kobo-forms (preferred).
  • Attention and literacy when filling out documents.
  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
  • Performance of duties guided by gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual harassment and other negative behavior.
  • Ability to self-organize and focus on the interests of humanitarian aid recipients.
  • Compliance anonymity, confidentiality, tolerance towards recipients of humanitarian aid.

II. Description of the services to be provided:

  • Monitoring to identify the needs of the affected population for transportation services.
  • Interaction with representatives of local authorities and further coordination, taking into account the identified needs, and with the aim of supporting citizens affected by hostilities actions.
  • Monitoring the quality of providing social transportation along certain routes.
  • Redirecting individual requests of help-seekers to other departments of the organization and/or the department of psychological support, with the aim of providing comprehensive assistance.
  • Issuing hygiene kits to IDPs who have recently arrived at transit or collective centers.
  • Entering information and data into electronic databases and tables, including with the help of the KoVo form.
  • Reporting to the manager on the work performed and constant coordination with other team members.
