Ukrainian Network for Children's Rights (hereinafter - UMPD)created to consolidate efforts and improve coordination between civil society organizations in Ukraine and their influence on state policy in the field of child rights.
Task:monitoring of project implementation and ensuring compliance of project and organizational accountability with the requirements of the donor and the needs of the target communities and beneficiaries.
Duties:
collection, clarification and correction of reporting on project implementation;
collection, analysis of qualitative and quantitative data according to project performance indicators, in cooperation with project partners, ensuring compliance of data with all project requirements;
verification of beneficiaries, control of compliance with project target groups;
description of data analysis results, interpretation, development of conclusions and recommendations, graphing, data visualization, preparation of informational analytical materials for the needs of the project;
participation in the methodological development of analytical and evaluation tools within the framework of the implementation of program activities of the project;
carrying out monitoring visits to target communities (offline and online);
performance of other tasks necessary for the implementation of the project at the request of the manager.
Requirements for the candidate:
higher education (sociology, statistics, social sciences or other related fields);
experience of at least 2 years in the field of monitoring and evaluation;
quantitative knowledge and qualitative research methods, monitoring and evaluation methods;
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">experience in developing monitoring and research tools,
experience in preparing analytical reports;
experience filling out reporting in ActivityInfo/5Ws;
skills and understanding of the principles of program planning and reporting on indicators;
readiness for business trips;
knowledge of the English language at the Intermediate level.

Terms of use:
