Work schedule: full time worker day, from 10:00 to 19:00, lunch break
Trial period:2 months
Mode of work: work in the Lviv office of the company (Storozhenka Street, 16), can be combined with remote work

Requirements:

• Higher education (legal or economic)
• Experience in preparing personnel documents in accordance with the labor legislation of Ukraine
• Practical experience in keeping military records and booking employees at the enterprise
• Knowledge of the labor legislation of Ukraine and legislation governing military registration, mobilization, reservation, etc.
• Ability to work with documentation.

Duties:

• Maintenance of military records in full at the enterprise in accordance with the norms of current legislation
• Preparation of a list of candidates for booking and collection of necessary documents (filling in relevant tables with personal data).

• Notification by mail of the TCC and SP about the acceptance of conscripted employees.
• Introduction of conscripted employees with "Rules for military registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists"
• Control changes in personal data of employees, including conscripts. Conducting reconciliations with TCC and SP. Interaction with TCC and SP during inspections. li>
• Employee consultation on booking and military accounting.
• Management of personnel records and collection of documents during employment, transfer, dismissal.
• Regulation of hiring, dismissal, transfer, management of personal files of employees.
• Introducevat employees with orders (recruitment, dismissal, transfer, vacations). Binding orders.
• Keeping correspondence logs.
