We are looking for a Specialist in military accounting and reservation.

- Have a higher education in the field;
- Experienced PC user, Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Outlook, Teams);
- Able to work in Excel with large databases, summary tables;
- Have work experience with SAP (will be an advantage);
- Have work experience of 2 years;
- Knowledge of regulatory documents in the field of mobilization work and military accounting;
- Knowledge of instructions on the procedure for filling out and deadlines for providing statistical and management reports by functional area;
- Organized;
- Responsible;
- Attentive;
- Have high communication skills.
Your main tasks will be:
- Maintain a database of conscripted employees
- Organize and carry out booking of the Company's employees from conscription for military service during the period of mobilization and in wartime;
- Carry out control over the state of military accounting in the Company;
- Perform the duties of a colleague - a specialist in military accounting during his absence;
- Minimize fines from the control bodies in the field of compliance with legislative requirements acts on the organization and conduct of mobilization work and military accounting.
