KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You as a SRM systems management specialist, you will be responsible for conducting data analysis (using veeva, medical dashboard, barometers, targeting) to monitor the performance of medical representatives and adjust CRM processes. 

• Data collection and processing from the SalesForce platform, cleaning and ensuring data accuracy and integrity, checking data for inconsistencies or anomalies in VeeVa CRM
• Preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports about medical visits, correspondence with doctors after visits, VeeVa Engage visitors to improve the efficiency of medical visits and evaluate profitability 
• Self-employed deliver simple and ad hoc VeeVa CRM queries to the global VeeVa team, technically resolve queries, test technical solutions with the team
• Pharmacist training and pharmacist referral research
• Monthly collection and processing of confidential activity data pharmacy buyer, preparing monthly reports for sales departments and medical teams based on this data
• Maintaining databases for training pharmacists, identifying problems or gaps in reporting and timely agency remediation
• Develop Power BI dashboards based on quarterly results of pharmacy training and mystery shopper activity
• Communicate and coach agency on technical improvements to data collection processes< /li>
