expectations from the candidate:

• experience in building and improving Talent Management processes, including the development and maintenance of key employees (will be an advantage);
• Ability to effectively organize learning and development processes;
• LMS experience, preferably with Academy Ocean;
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• English command at B1-B2 (will be an advantage) .

Your area of ​​responsibility will be:

Participation in the development of adaptation and training algorithms;
• coordination including preparation, collection and analysis of information;
• Development and implementation of individual development plans for employees; Creation and adaptation of educational materials for various audiences;
• responsibility for filling and updating educational content in LMS Academy Ocean; : 400 "> Coordination and monitoring of English language teaching program for employees;
• reporting and analysis of psychological consultations for employees;
• Experience in building and improving Talent Management, including the development and maintenance of key employees, will be an advantage.
