Main functional duties:

• organization, provision and control of compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of labor protection, civil protection, man-made and fire safety, maintenance and operation of fire protection equipment, development of documents on labor protection, civil protection, man-made and fire safety;
• ensuring the preparation, approval and support of organizational documents (orders, mandates, regulations, regulations, work plans of the department);
• participation in the planning and organization of management work, coordination of interaction with other structural units;
• carrying out organizational measures for the preparation and holding of meetings, operational meetings, collegiums, events of a different nature, participation in meetings, working groups, preparation of the necessary materials;
• contract work: development, agreement, organization of conclusion of contracts, additional agreements.

Our candidate:

• has a higher education at least a bachelor's or junior bachelor's;
• is fluent in the Ukrainian language;
• has knowledge of Ukrainian legislation (Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption",Law of Ukraine "On labor protection", Civil Protection Code of Ukraine, Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine, Procedure for conducting training and testing knowledge on fire safety, Procedure for providing facilities with primary means of fire extinguishing 400">has knowledge of the requirements for ensuring fire safety (maintenance, operation and maintenance of fire protection equipment (fire extinguishers, alarms, etc.);
• has knowledge of the procedure for organizing evacuation measures (drafting and updating plansevacuation and knowledge of the procedure for conducting relevant exercises / trainings);
• has knowledge of the procedure for organizing and conducting civil defense (CZ) (rules of action in emergency situations, developing response plans and organizing exercises / trainings on CZ issues);
• has documentation and reporting skills (keeping logs, acts, protocols, instructions and regulations on labor protection, civil protection and fire safety);
• has skills professional record keeping and contractual support (preparation of official documents, knowledge of the procedure for developing and supporting contracts, as well as experience in working with electronic services of state bodies (electronic document management, KEP).
