Dok.ua is a large retail online store of auto parts and other related auto goods. We are growing, helping the Armed Forces, we believe in Ukraine and we want to develop a Ukrainian product with the best specialists.

Currently, the company is actively developing, processes are changing, new decisions are being made , so we are looking for anInternal Communications Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and complete informing of employees about innovations across the company.
• Receiving feedback from employees on the results of information.
• Working with teams with the goal of clarifying the importance of innovations and ensuring their effective implementation.
• Planning measures to introduce innovations and changes.
• Building trust and acceptance of changes.
• Working with resistance.

Requirements:

• Existing work experience as an internal communications specialist (2-3 years).
• Practical experience in the company (in-house).
• Owning of methods introduction of innovations.
• Analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Skills of self-presentation.
• Working with tools for assessment and analysis of implementations.
