Hiring process:

There are three stages of the process - meeting with the recruiter, getting to know the team and training. 

• control of the quality of service provision and compliance with the terms of cooperation by the driver-partner (photo control, compliance with registration requirements and standards)

• selective analysis of the local passenger transport market (tariffs, car classes, quality of service)

• analysis of problem user cases, creation of research tasks upon request partners

• cooperation with related departments in the context of work issues and clarifications from partner drivers

• participation in the optimization and improvement of internal processes, providing ideas and proposals

Challenges for 3 months:

• familiarize yourself with the company's product, processes and standards

• master all the tools used department

• freely navigate the processes at each stage of your work

• participate in the formation of ideas, initiatives to improve work tools, processes, service

• acquire an understanding of the competitiveness of the ride-hailing market

To achieve results, you will need:

• the ability to understand cars: brands/models, understanding the car at a basic level, onavigate by car class

• be a confident user of a PC and messengers

• willingness to work with a large amount of information: the ability to search in an internal database

• experience in the field of providing information will be an advantage

• experience in conducting telephone conversations (incoming, outgoing lines) will be an advantage
