Specialist in in-depth analysis of clients' currency transactions in PrivatBank

We are looking for C specialist in in-depth analysis of clients' foreign exchange operations who seeks to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values ​​of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Main duties:

• Perform in-depth study and analysis of the Bank's clients' documents with the aim of , in particular, making cross-border transfers and accepting for service foreign economic contracts in compliance with the requirements of currency legislation and legislation in the field of financial monitoring:
  • set the economic essence, the purpose of financial transactions and the possibility of their implementation by the Bank's customers in accordance with the requirements of Resolution 8, taking into account the indicators approved therein; to establish the economic essence, the purpose of financial transactions and the possibility of their implementation by the Bank's customers in accordance with the requirements of Resolution 65 and approved indicators of suspicious activity;
  • other legislative/normative acts on issues of foreign exchange transaction/cross-border transfer and internal documents of the bank
• Interact with the Bank's divisions for the purpose of a more detailed analysis to clarify the essence and purpose of a financial transaction that may be involved in legalization of income obtained illegally
• Participate in research on the identification of additional risk areas associated with cross-border transfers

Basic requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, law, finance, banking

• Experience in banking Experience in AML/CFT financial monitoring (AML) (preferred)

• 2 years of experience in the field of currency control can be an advantage

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the area of ​​AML/CFT

• Knowledge of legislation in the field of currency operations

• Ability to work quickly in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Ability to work with non-standard/unfamiliar tasks

• Willingness to make decisions, the ability to argue them and write justifications

• Ability to work with regulatory documents

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language
