ZEST Outsourcingis looking for a candidate for the vacancy "Specialist in improving the safety and efficiency of work performance (civil defense and labor protection)".
ZEST Outsourcing company over 20 years has been providing HR services: personnel administration and payroll, outstaffing, recruitment of personnel for permanent positions, provision of temporary staff.

Main duties:

• Conduct training on safe work methods and check the knowledge of employees while being part of the commission enterprises for training and testing knowledge on certain types of work;

• Participate in the development of new instructions on labor protection;

• Conduct audits of the timeliness of carrying out and the correctness of the registration of security measures approved at the enterprise work: primary, repeated, targeted briefings, internships, duplication, admission to independent performance of work, testing of knowledge of safe methods of work performance; of the enterprise or the participation of the enterprise representative in the commission of the Customer's enterprise/multilateral commission.

• Conduct or participate in the composition of the commission in the event of the need to conduct an audit/inspection of the condition and operational control of labor protection in a certain division;

• Preparation of reports on work results.

Expectations from candidates:

• Higher education (preferably technical);

• 5 years of work experience in the field of labor protection and civil protection is desirable;

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on labor and civil protection protection;

• People management experience is a must.

• MS Office user;

Carefulness, attentiveness, ability to work with large amounts of information.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule is flexible, minimum 20 working hours per week;

• Remote work format;

• Official employment, social guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine. We are considering part-time employment;
