Main duties:

• Organization and management documentation on personnel accounting, in accordance with the requirements of current legislation
• Adoption of new and dismissal of employees: employment contracts and attachments, entries in work books, personal files and personal cards of employees, operations in the 1C program, reports
• Maintenance of employee leave reserve
• Providing advice to employees on personnel activities
• Reporting on personnel activities
• Other work in accordance with the direction of the personnel department.

Main requirements:

• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Work experience in the field of personnel administration from 1 year
• Ability to work in a team and organizational skills
• Willingness and ability to learn quickly.
