Specialist in electronic trust services in Diya

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation in the field of electronic identification and electronic trust services.
• Ability to work with legal and regulatory documents.
• Customer service and work skills with documents.
• Ability to provide quality customer support and advise them on services.

Duties:

Working with documents:

• Preparation of answers to requests within the organization's competence.
• Preparation of methodological recommendations and internal documents for administrators.
• Processing of appeals from law enforcement agencies.
• Participation in the creation of regulatory documents and their processing.
• Support of contracts (services, goods, representative offices).
• Development of instructions and regulations for a provider of electronic trust services.

Registration Administrator:

• Identification, authentication and verification of clients.
• Identification of legal entities in accordance with national and international registers.
• Assistance to clients in generating keys (if necessary) .
• Formation and maintenance of electronic signature certificates for KEP and encryption of documents.
• Providing advice on conditions for obtaining electronic trust services.
• Maintenance of organization archives and verification of representative office archives .
• Processing requests, calls and requests from customers.
• Working in a team and performing tasks independently.

It will be a plus:

• Knowledge of the European regulation on electronic trust services (No. 910/2014).
• Understanding international standards (ISO 27001, ETSI EN 319 401, ETSI EN 319 411, ETSI EN 319 412).
• Understanding working with key certification centers.
