Specialist in economic reintegration and employment (FOP) in Rokada, BF BO

The Rokada Charitable Foundation is looking for a specialist in the economic reintegration and employment of veterans and members of their families

Main duties:

• analysis of the local labor market and economic opportunities for veterans;

• conducting individual and group consultations on employment issues;

• support of veterans in the process of job search and interaction with employers;

• assistance in preparing resumes and forming career plans;

• consulting on starting or reviving one's own business;

• assistance in preparing business plans and grants applications;

• organization of training events and retraining programs;

• establishing cooperation with employers, employment centers and partners;

• monitoring results and preparing reports.

Requirements:

• higher education (economics, social work, management or related fields);

• understanding of the principles of micro-entrepreneurship, self-employment and grant programs;

• experience working with veterans, IDPs or other vulnerable groups will be an advantage;

• counseling and effective communication skills;

• analytical thinking and ability to work with data;

• fluency in Ukrainian;

• responsibility and result orientation.
