You will get:

What you will do:

• Analysis and optimization of business processes, definition needs and opportunities for digitalization
• Formation and implementation of the road map of digital transformation
• Automation of processes, control of integrations between systems and standardization of work with data
• Control of compliance of digital solutions with the requirements of legislation, group policies
• Management of digital transformation projects (terms, quality, result)
• Formation of functional requirements for external contractors, participation in implementation IT solutions
• Interaction with business units and the management company
• Preparation of reports on the status of projects for management
• Participation in the implementation of electronic document circulation and workflow systems
• Organization of user training and development of digital culture

Our team needs a colleague who has:

• Experience in digitalization / optimization of business processes
• Practical experience of participation in automation and digital transformation projects
• Understanding of the operation of CRM, DMS, workflow systems and integrations between them
• Skills of collecting and forming business and functional requirements
• Experience of interaction with business units and IT
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, result-oriented
• Higher education
• English - Intermediate and above
