Our team is actively looking for: Specialist in handling appeals to the quality department.

What it is important for us:

• Literacy in written and oral communication;

• Experience in telephone communication with clients;

• Experience in processing written requests (chat, e-mail) will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Process and consider customer complaints in oral and written form;

• Provide feedback based on the results of their review;

• Communicate with customers who require an individual approach;

• Check calls and chats, work with corporate by mail;

• Preparation of reports on work performed.
