Wishes to the candidate

• Graduate higher education (preferably PR, advertising and marketing, journalism);
• Work experience from 2-3 years in the field of corporate communications, PR, marketing or journalism will be a great advantage;
• The level of English is not lower than Upper Intermediate;
• A confident user of MS Office. In-depth knowledge of programs for creating and editing presentations (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.);
• Ability to work with social networks: experience in managing different social media platforms, understanding their audience and the ability to adapt content for each platform;
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with different audiences, both in internal communications with colleagues and in external communications with partners;
• Ability to generate new ideas for content and communication strategies;
• Ability to analyze data and identify key performance metrics to optimize strategies and content;
• Ability to effectively manage projects, organize events and interact with multiple stakeholders;
• Ability to adapt to changes in communication strategies and quickly respond to new requirements and situations.

Positions responsibilities

• Create initiatives to promote the understanding of the Winner brand as a group of Winner companies; promotion of the Employer's brand;
• Develop strategies for presence in social media: planning, creation and publication of content in order to attract the audience and reflect key events and initiatives of the company;
• Conduct performance analytics and make adjustments to the strategy based on the results;
• Ensure effective communication with partners through various communication channels;
• Prepare releases in accordance with the corporate style, responses to requests from journalists and media relations support; ensure the availability and accuracy of information for the media;
• Ensure the relevance and relevance of information on the company website, monitor and analyze web analytics data;
• Manage the Winner Group Ukraine YouTube page: update content, analyze attendance and audience involvement in the content;
• Prepare and coordinate corporate events to attract employees; prepare the corporate magazine and corporate videos, carry out communications in the Viva Engage network and corporate mailings within the scope of their responsibility;
• Ensure documentation: create contracts and monitor compliance with the terms of the contracts, create payments and monitor the timeliness of documents and invoices;
• Cooperate with other departments to ensure and fulfill the company's general goals;
• Perform other direct tasks manager.
