• Introduction and adjustment of current primary information in the 1C accounting system;
• Preparing and entering information in systems for calculating wages, bonuses and surcharges; /
• Calculation of bonuses;
• Preparation of regular regulated reporting on remuneration, number and movement of staff;
• Preparation request staff;
• Calculation and preparation of staff performance reports;
• Provision of consulting and information support to managers and employees on remuneration.

Requirements:

• Experience from 1 year in a similar position; 
• Knowledge of MS Office and 1C;
• Analytical skills;
• excellent communication skills; 
• the ability to work for the result.
