Our client - an international FMCG company, one of the world leaders in the production of consumer goods Unilever Ukraine, invites to its teamSpecialist in category management and purchasing marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop recommendations regarding the range, shelf space, display principles and promotional support in Perfumery and Modern Trade, as well as in the e-commerce channel in all categories of the Unilever company.
- Work on adaptation and implementation of assortment strategy for Discounters.
- li>Assess the current market situation and recommend changes in assortment, shelf space and promotional support.
- Participate in the development of materials for Category projects in retail outlets in full accordance with the main parameters of the brand and the corresponding trade channel, as well as the principles of visualization of the sales category and compliance with the development strategy of Category projects.
- Conduct category management projects, as with certain retail chains, as well as projects led by the sales department (negotiations, assortment analysis, navigation development, planogram, project implementation, subsequent performance analysis of the project).
- Control compliance and implementation of investment plans in accordance with the established principles of additional product visualization, interaction with the buyer, increasing the share on the shelves and in sales.
- Form and maintain up-to-date planograms for representation of the Company's products, taking into account the strategies aimed at the representation of the Company's products on the shelves of retail outlets.
- According to the established deadlines, send out updated information on planograms and Categorical projects to the sales, marketing and trade marketing department.
- Form and maintain up-to-date catalogs with product descriptions and planograms for employees of the sales department.
- Control the installation of category equipment in retail outlets in accordance with the established of the plan.
- Regularly visit with the regional sales manager and the head of the department of work with key customers sales points to study competitive advertising materials, equipment and activities - interest buyers, assortment, design, saturation, possibility of placement, financial result, sale, etc.
- Have detailed information about the Company's products: list, plans, prices, goals/strategies, sales results, technical indicators, etc.
- Collect and analyze the size of categories in different sales channels and different formats points of sale, on the basis of the collected information, prepare proposals aimed at the competitive representation of the Company's products from sales channels and formats of sales points.
- Monitor prices in sales points, channels sales Inform the responsible manager(s) of anydeviation of prices on the shelves in retail outlets from the prices recommended within the Company.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and continuity of standard reporting in the trade marketing department. In daily work and for the preparation of analytics, use data, calculation methods, formulas and tables that are available not only in Ukraine, but also in other countries. Participate in the development and testing of new projects, reports, procedures, etc.
- Work with databases for the planning process: create and maintain a database of products, customers, investments for the planned month / year on a monthly basis.
- Interact with employees of the trade marketing department, department marketing, financial department, sales department to improve the efficiency of the Company's projects.
- Work with the Company's internal systems (SAP, Coupa, 1C, EYWA, Power BI and others; the company teaches how to work in programs) for the formation, collection and processing of data as part of current tasks.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferably in the direction of economics, mathematics, marketing)
- Experience in a similar position in the FMCG segment will be an advantage
- Professional knowledge of the basics of business planning and analytics
- Desirable experience working with large amounts of structured and unstructured data
- Proficiency at a sufficient level of Power BI, Exel, MS Office
- English language at the level of intermediate and above (constant communication with the global team at all stages of project implementation and implementation, further work with technical support tool)
