We are looking for a specialist in minor repairs:
city of Kramatorsk;
- trips in Ukraine;
remuneration is discussed during interviews.
Responsibilities:
coordination of field repairs: drawing up a schedule of execution and control over implementation;
assessing the needs of potential beneficiaries according to established vulnerability criteria, identifying problems and requests of beneficiaries, recording them and transferring them to responsible persons for resolution;
monitoring and reporting: regular visits to objects and keeping documentation, drawing up regular reports on the progress of the project (including photo recording), informing about the progress of repairs and key indicators;
< /li>establishing effective communication with the localwe are authorities, partners and other interested parties.
preferable to have experience in the field of humanitarian aid or construction (experience in coordinating field repairs); experience in crisis or frontline communities will be an advantage;
communication skills to interact with different groups of beneficiaries and partners;
ability to keep documentation and make reports;
resistance to stress, adaptability to conditions in a crisis zone;
punctuality, responsibility, independence and the ability to be a team player;
readiness for frequent trips within the project (Lyman, Sviatohirsk, Druzhkivka);
it is desirable to have a driver's license and the ability to move independently;
knowledge of security rules in the area close to the front line.
