We help the population in all government-controlled territories: evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, transfer charitable assistance, we carry out monitoring visits, advocate for changes, provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces for women and girls operate in different regions of the country.

We are looking for a specialist in minor repairs:

  • city of Kramatorsk;

  • trips in Ukraine;

  • remuneration is discussed during interviews.


Responsibilities:

  • coordination of field repairs: drawing up a schedule of execution and control over implementation;

  • assessing the needs of potential beneficiaries according to established vulnerability criteria, identifying problems and requests of beneficiaries, recording them and transferring them to responsible persons for resolution;

  • monitoring and reporting: regular visits to objects and keeping documentation, drawing up regular reports on the progress of the project (including photo recording), informing about the progress of repairs and key indicators;

  • establishing effective communication with the localwe are authorities, partners and other interested parties.


preferable to have experience in the field of humanitarian aid or construction (experience in coordinating field repairs);

  • experience in crisis or frontline communities will be an advantage;

  • high organizational skills, ability to coordinate several teams simultaneously and resolve conflicts on the object;

  • communication skills to interact with different groups of beneficiaries and partners;

  • ability to keep documentation and make reports;

  • resistance to stress, adaptability to conditions in a crisis zone;

  • punctuality, responsibility, independence and the ability to be a team player;

  • readiness for frequent trips within the project (Lyman, Sviatohirsk, Druzhkivka);

  • it is desirable to have a driver's license and the ability to move independently;

  • knowledge of security rules in the area close to the front line.
