This is an opportunity for a talented and motivated person to develop their skills by working together with experienced specialists of PwC's internal system - iPower - and providing first-level support to PwC colleagues on various technical and administrative issues. font-weight: 400">
Providing comprehensive first-level technical and administrative support to users in supported territories regarding issues and operations related to the use of the company's internal business system "iPower";Processing and resolving user complaints through the online ticket system in accordance with defined procedures;Tocommunication with requestors through electronic tickets and ensuring the availability of all necessary information and documentation to fulfill the request or transfer it to the appropriate team; Forming and processing various documents within the scope of activity; Checking and ensuring the correctness of customer data; Maintaining the relevance of data in internal systems and databases; Processing all relevant correspondence and documents that need to be processed;Analysis of processes and available non-complex data with the aim of finding solutions to the issues;Performing a set of periodic closing operations for supported territories, including ensuring data quality and accuracy of processed transactions in various systems and services;Communication with employees, managers and partners regarding important deadlines;Supporting other teams in testing and implementing new system releases and updates.Basic requirements:
- English language proficiency (level B2 and above): oral and written, with the ability to articulate and clearly convey messages to clients;
- Experience in a similar position or relevant experience would be an advantage;
- Strong analytical, organizational and technical skills;
- Willingness to learn and maintain your level of technical expertise.
