Main responsibilities:

• Processing customer requests to identify risky activities
• Merchant registration LiqPay and regular monitoring of their activities
• Processing IBAN payments in Ukraine

• Processing requests regarding plastic card modules and incoming correspondence

• Registration and authorization of salary projects, processing of non-standard information
• Encashment registration and operational support of the Encashment service
• Acquiring and additional services registration

Basic requirements:

• Professional and technical education
• Experience of learning and independent development
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident user of PC, MS Office or Libre Google services (sheets, documents, mail, calendar, etc.)
• Readiness for monotonous work and performing the same type of tasks
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business)
