What to do on for the position of Specialist (HR analyst) Department of recruitment and adaptation of personnel :

• Analysis of HR data and preparation of reports in the area of ​​HR (turnover, selection and hiring of personnel, efficiency of personnel management, etc.);
• Participation in budget planning and budget control of personnel management;
• Analysis of HR metrics and construction of forecasts based on data ;
• Conducting and analyzing HR research (involvement, satisfaction, evaluation of the effectiveness of cooperation between departments, etc.);
• Creation of presentations;
• Cooperation with HR business partners in order to monitor the effectiveness of adopted HR practices and provide recommendations for their improvement;
< li style="font-weight: 400">Providing proposals for new areas of HR analytics, as well as for automating the collection and consolidation of primary data;
• Cooperation with the motivation department staff 

It will be a plus:

• experience as an analyst;
• Knowledge of BI tools.

Our expectations:

• Higher/incomplete higher education (Economics, Finance, Economic Analysis, Statistics or related specialties);< /li>
• High level of mastery of Excel (complex formulas, working with arrays, pivot tables, Power Query (preferred), etc.);
• High level of Power Point proficiency;
• Knowledge of stages of analysis, processing, systematization and interpretation of data;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
