ERC relentlessly continues the development of distribution, starting with electronics, computer and office equipment. Now, to electronics and computer equipment, electricity, household appliances, TVs, modern trendy electronics products and products from the latest segments of electric transport, robotics, 3D printers, children's toys have been added.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
- Understanding the principles of customer orientation;
- Communication skills that allow you to clearly inform, assist and advise users and communicate effectively with other colleagues. Patience, courtesy, tact and diplomacy when you deal with difficult situations;
- Ability to remember large amounts of information, analytical mindset;
- Experienced PC user, confident skills in working with Windows OS, MS Office, remote communication software (Teams, GoogleMeet).
WILL ADVANTAGE:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Access;
- Basic knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Page). Understanding the principles of configuration, customization and integration with external systems;
- Understanding business processes of sales and document flow in the B2B segment;
- Experience in support service;
- Education in the field of IT.
POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Support of software products developed by the company and implementation of changes;
- Reception, registration and classification of requests from internal users of the company, collection of additional information for the analysis of the problem;
- Conducting initial analysis of the problem, independent resolution of incidents that meet qualifications or have documented resolution instructions;
- Replenishing the knowledge base with new articles on incident resolution;
- Consulting and initial user support;
- Controlling the quality and timing of incident resolution, providing feedback to users;
- Reporting on your incidents for management.
