Project:
The AI platform that helps to automate customer support services.

Responsibilities:

— backend development;

— creating / maintaining data pipelines for AI models;

— raw data processing;

— integration with different ticketing systems;

— architectural design.

Required experience and skills:

— 7+ years of hands-on experience with Python;

— Proved solid experience with architectural design;

— Experience with creating / maintaining data pipelines (ML Ops);

— Solid CI / CD experience;

— Strong experience with cloud platform services (AWS Cognito, S3, Cloudformation, Fargate, EKS, ECS, ELB);

— Experience with ML models;

— English — Upper-Intermediate.

Working conditions:

— Remote work;

— Up to 20 hours per month (Part-time).
