We invite a Software Support Engineer to our team solutions!

The following interesting tasks await you:

• Checking and analyzing incoming requests related to problems and support of software solutions.
• Resolving software issues and implementing changes.
• Coordinating the resolution of software issues.
• Involvement in the development processsoftware products and/or solutions.
• Supporting users of the test environment.
• Consulting the operational support team.

We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding processes and knowledge of software development principles.
• Basic knowledge of the Java programming language and the desire for their further development and application in Enterprise solutions.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Developed communication skills and willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience with Git.
