Software Project ManagerAbout VantageWe're a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that provides installation and project management software for wide-format print and signage businesses. Our industry-specific software helps companies streamline their operations and is used to manage thousands of installation projects globally for some of the biggest brands in the world.We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Engineering team in Lviv, supporting the execution and delivery of technical projects, ensuring smooth coordination between Engineering, Product, and Operations.We’re a small team that moves fast and takes on a lot of responsibility. You’ll be fully supported by the founder and your colleagues to be successful, but you should know that isn’t your average 9-5. You’ll have the opportunity to create real, impactful growth, but will need to be ready to do the work to make that happen.What you'll be doing:Project Coordination and executionPlan, track, and manage software development projects from concept to release.Work closely with Roman (Engineering Manager) and Serhii (Technical Lead) to ensure clear scope, deadlines, and deliverables.Oversee task assignments, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization for engineering teams.Cross-team communication & alignmentAct as the bridge between Engineering, Product, and Operations, ensuring seamless execution.Communicate project updates, blockers, and timelines to key stakeholders.Ensure clear documentation of project plans, technical requirements, and process improvements.Process and workflow optimizationIdentify and resolve bottlenecks in engineering workflows.Improve agile and sprint planning processes for efficiency.Support QA, testing coordination, and release management.What we're looking for:Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Project Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical PM role.Experience in software development environments – working with engineering teams in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks.Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and enforce deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to coordinate with Engineering, Product, and Leadership teams.Experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar).Fluent in Ukrainian and English – able to document and communicate technical requirements clearly.Nice to haves:Familiarity with B2B SaaS products.Experience working with technical teams in a startup or scale-up environment.What you can expect from us:Be part of an innovative product company that's shaping the way the print & signage industry works.Collaborative Culture – Work closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to make a real impact.Global Clients - Help deliver high-impact software solutions for international businesses.Work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a highly motivated team.It's important to know that:We've invested a lot in creating a space in the center of Lviv where people want to go to work every day, and have built a team of bright, funny, collaborative, supportive humans (and a couple of equally brilliant dogs 🐶) thatmake it a great place to work.We know how useful a home-working day can be when there are deadlines to hit, and you need to avoid distractions, and that life sometimes throws things which make us need to change our plans.
