We are a company that has been running an educational platform for doctors, dentists and medical students since 2019. Every year, we are used by approximately 20,000 customers and universities such as the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin, the Medical University of Szczecin. Piastów Śląskich in Wrocław, University of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, University of Opole and others. In addition to participating in the creation of our current learning platform, you will be involved in the creation of our other products that will be released in the future.

Work at the beginning (during team building) will take place only stationary in our new office (250 m2) at ul. Santocka 18/18 in Szczecin. In the future, it will be possible to enable hybrid work.

Description of requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Leader/Engineering Manager.
• At least 6 years of experience in an engineering position in JavaScript or PHP technology.
• Ability to work with the latest web technologies and frameworks (React, Symfony, Elasticsearch).
• Knowledge of AWS.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective cooperation within the team.
• Ability to build and motivate a team, delegate tasks and effectively manage time.
• Lead by example - the ability to inspire others with your professional attitude and work ethic.

At the beginning it will consist of 3 developers and a tester, in the future it will be expanded to 5 developers (we intend to employ only seniors). ,As a technology leader, you will need to care about the technology, be aware of the technical debt, and have a plan for growing the platform. , Your responsibility will be to evaluate IT team members and provide feedback, as well as take care of the development of your team members. , You will support the product in choosing the right technical path, optimize the application's performance and ensure its security. As the leader of the IT team, you will participate in meetings with other leaders of the medical department and the company owner. Thanks to this, you will have a direct influence on the direction of the company's development. ]
