It has empowered clubs and agents to facilitate over 6000 transfers since launch in 2017.Brief intro to the roleTransferRoom is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Software Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing product delivery teams. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the success of your team by ensuring fast-paced delivery, implementing best engineering practices, and developing strategic initiatives. You’ll also focus on fostering growth and excellence, both at the individual and team levels.You'll need to have worked very closely with Product teams as this role has a heavy focus on the Product side.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage TransferRooms product engineering teams, ensuring fast-paced delivery and high-quality output.Implement best engineering practices to drive continuous improvement and success.Shape strategic direction in conjunction with our architecture team, while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Develop, mentor, and support team members to help them reach their full potential, ensuring a high-performing team culture.Who You AreYou are a proactive individual who does what it takes to ensure the team's success. You care deeply about the quality of the team’s work and the efficiency with which that quality can be delivered.Required Skills And Experience Robust Full-Stack Software Engineering Background:Demonstrated and robust experience in building, maintaining, and delivering full stack software products, include web and mobile experiences with comprehensive hands on experience using Azure, C#, React and React Native. Strong Data Background: Strong proficiency in T-SQL, including writing stored procedures and using ORM frameworks. Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services. Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Passionate Product Delivery Experience: Versed in current technologies and best practives for product delivery including CI/CD, QA Engineering and SRE.
